Anamoose Fire Department

The Anamoose Fire Department was organized in 1964 and now has a full roster of 30 members and three honorary members.

The Firemen meet every last Tuesday of the month to check equipment and update their skills. Some members go to a Fire School at Bismarck every year.

The equipment consists of:

2003 Freightline pumper

79 Chevy 4x4 Brush Truck

88 Chevy Panel Truck
66 International Tanker

A new 70 by 70 Firehall has been built on the northwest end of Main St. This includes a truck bay, kitchen and meeting room.
